Instructions
For the pizza dough:
- In a large bowl add the olive oil, warm water and yeast. Mix rapidly and add the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt.
- Once mixed, sprinkle flour on a flat surface and start to knead the dough. Knead for 3 to 4 minutes non-stop until the dough is completely plain. If it's too sticky, you can sprinkle more flour.
- Form a ball and place in a bowl with a damp cloth on top. Let it sit for approximately 1 hour.
- Once the dough has risen, place it on a flat surface and, with the help of a rolling pin, flatten the dough and form a circle
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C/356°F.
For the pizza:
- Spread the tomato paste or Napoletana sauce over the pizza dough.
- Top half of the pizza with mozzarella cheese, sliced mushrooms, and buffalo mozzarella cheese. Leave the other half just with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pizza crust is golden and crispy.
- Once cooked, drizzle the Amazon Truffle Sauce on the mushroom half of the pizza to your preference.
- Add slices of prosciutto over the plain half of the pizza. Finish by adding arugula on top of the prosciutto slices and Amazon Sriracha to add some spicy kick.
